Replacing age old system with new vacuum system giving optimum output
The client’s requirement
Leading mint manufacturer in North India required replacement of oil lubricated pumps which were giving high maintenance.
Our solution
Economy studied the requirement and replaced the traditional systems with Dry Screw Vacuum System.
Benefits
The client benefitted in cost saving as our system required less than half the power. The client was able to achieve better vacuum level which reduced the requirement of heating through steam thereby resulting in direct benefit in cost reduction in manufacturing process. The profitability of the client increased as they were able to recover 100% product, whereas earlier, a part of which was being lost when they used the traditional vacuum system.
